Shipment

The following shipping conditions apply

Delivery can be made to all countries. Orders can be placed directly online to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands. For other countries please use our inquiry form. Shipping costs are listed including statutory VAT.

Delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place domestically (Germany) after production within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 14 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment, unless other agreements have been made with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
